Today is CESL's birthday!!! The CESL program started as a private
language program on the SIUC campus in January 1964. On June 20,
1966, CESL became part of SIUC. We started that day with 29
students, 5 teachers, 1 administrator and a secretary. Happy
Birthday, CESL!!!!!
